At TawaCard, most of our products and services are delivered digitally, which means there is no physical shipping required. However, if you order a physical add-on (such as NFC-enabled TawaCard smart cards, keychains, or wristbands), the following policy applies.


1. Digital Products (Default Service)

  • Delivery Method: Once your registration or payment is complete, your digital business card is created instantly or within minutes.
  • Delivery Time: Most digital cards are available immediately upon successful signup or purchase.
  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email and a link to access your card.

2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

We occasionally offer physical cards or accessories tied to your digital profile.

Shipping Details

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery Time:
  • UAE: 2–5 business days via local courier
  • International: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs
  • Shipping Provider: We use reputable courier services such as Aramex, DHL, or Emirates Post.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout (if applicable).
  • Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or bundles.

Tracking

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
  • You can track your delivery status through the courier's website.

3. Failed Deliveries / Returns

If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or an unclaimed package:

  • We will attempt to contact you to confirm the address.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
